Is this a Banksy Rat found on beach on Isle Of Wight

At the end of Culver on the Sandown side a good mile from the carpark wedged up in the chalk cliffs i found this well beaten shell oil drum, on it was a graffiti stencilled rat and toxic green.

Is it possible Banksy was on holiday this summer on the Island maybe he/she was at the Bestival or is he/she a naturalist. I was fossil hunting up in the chalk for ammonites but this area is an illegal nudist beach.

As Banksy lounged in the midday sun his/her bits hanging out he/she spotted an old battered oil drum and decided to leave a calling card.

It took me hours to carry it back over the shingle then along the sandy beach up on the revetment where the morning doggy walkers stared at me along the revetment into and through town but home i did get it eventually.

So Banksy if you do read this blog a quik e-mail confirming it is your work will be enough to satisfy me.

Studio Chaos sponsors main event bonfire Night Sandown Isle of Wight

Aaron Isted the Dark Magician will be the main event on Bonfire Night at Sandown Pier, The precursor to the firework display will be the burning of a magician.
The themed event DEAD MAN'S CHEST will be Aaron placed in a pirate chest on top of the bonfire, the chest will be locked and then chains will be slung around and again locked finally a healthy dowsing of petrol.
The bonfire will be set alight and then we wait and see if the Dark Magician can escape his fiery fate.
Studio Chaos is the sponsor for the show and the above painting by Tony Trowbridge will be used on clothing, banners etc.
Along with staff from Trauma Teds we will be building the platform that the chest must lay upon, a detailed plan from the Dark Magician of the chest and platform has arrived and must be followed to the letter, Aaron only has a short time to escape the inferno the last thing he wants is an unstable platform that allows the chest to collapse further into the inferno.
To make matters slightly more complicated Aaron Isted the dark magician is on tour of the USA and wont be back until early November so we cannot practice or make amendments, it's a one shot attempt. (Crossy fingers).

Bespoke sculpt on a driftwood base, the driftwood i picked up on the shores of South Island New Zealand. this is Melting Time No6

Servitor enters tunnel complex by artist tony trowbridge.

Command with no external sensors and now an ever growing number of hull breaches orders all the remaining able servitors to leave the stricken ship and try to find some way to the surface.

The water pressure and fragile condition of the hull after the battle and entry into the planet has left command with no alternative but to abandon ship.

The only surviving biological's are all in the recreation level, they are all stable in their skin suits but cannot live indefinitely where they are.

The priority is to find a safe area on this planet until a rescue is mounted.

This melting clock face i have worked into some driftwood and mounted on wooden base to make it more surreal i have incorporated a waspy insect for the watch face to lean against.

I was sculpting a small scream figure to place on some driftwood when i saw Salvadore dali's melting watch faces and thought I could sculpt some of those and maybe build up some three dimensional ideas incorporating his watch idea.

Hand crafted book, My Stupid Cat by artist tony trowbridge.

My Stupid Cat is based on real life events carried out by the two cats that control the living space I call home. This is the second in the series and runs for 32 pages, is 7x7inches square in size and is made from recycled materials. Hand painted and hand written.

EXRACT from INTI CACA'S Journal:
I am on my knees choking on the black acrid smoke that is funnelling down the corridor, when I get lower I can just about gulp in some much needed oxygen.
The Klaxons klax. flashing lights flash it all helps to confuse me as I paniKK.
I am searching for a bolt hole somewhere that may afford me some safety. I feel the panik, it is alive consuming me. I am close to comatose shut down,
I am running blindly, I smack my head off a stanchion, career into a distraught servitor and get all tangled up in it's flaying arms.
I push it aside, I am now swearing profusely and choking,
At last I find a locker room and fumble with the chemical tag id thanking god it was not an iris ident.
I literally throw myself in gulping down lung busting amounts of oxygen, even before I have stopped sliding, skin suits are leaping toward me, the first completely engulfs me,the others bounce off and disappointed go back to their designated locker spaces, I am now cocooned, safe. even a direct nuclear hit on the ship would not kill me. I would be ejected into cold space where my suit will try to keep me alive but eventually I would Starve. Sometimes it's better to be fried instantaneously but not today, today I live.

Sacsahuaman tapestry discovery by Artist Tony Trowbridge.

Historians are trying to ascertain the authenticity of the oldest yet found tapestry depicting the birth of the Inca empire.
Doctor Fiona Mcneil from the Californian Institute of Inca Tribes has put forward a strong case, whereby the Tapestry could well be showing us the walk made by Inti Caca and the other twenty seven survivors from the great battle in the sky.
There are twenty eight figures with pictographs of the amazing materials, tools, and weapons that they brought with themselves on that first fateful encounter with the pre Inca tribes.
