Five hundred years ago small pox, gout,veneral disease, lead poisoning, dysentry, and plague were rife.Poor to no education was common and the Church controlled everyone's soul in a claw hammer grip of fear.
Our perfectly formed model society did not exist but through ultra big rose tinted glasses we still look back and delude ourselves.
