Blow Your Brains Out

This is not a series based around suicide, its much more like (break a leg )in theatre land.
This set of pictures look down on me in my studio and say (Get some Inspiration) like sticking a finger to your head and pulling an imaginary gun, which I do a lot when looking for that killer arty idea.
I like a storyline in art.
Acrylic on canvas (3) acrylic on wood(1) various sizes.

Upon the Bloody Sword I do Fall

A Flash from a camera pollutes the dark capturing an act from Hell. One of Veronica's hench-girlies caught severing the head of a non- believer.
Even as the light diminishes she has gone.
Half dead, half undead her super human speed defies all science.
Acrylic on box canvas 24inches x 24inches title: Upon the Bloody Sword I do Fall.

Sandown, Isle of Wight. My Studio/Shop in Sandown is roughly 100metres down a side street off the main drag, as such I have always had trouble getting people to know I exist .
I completed this large sign yesterday ( estimated 4 feet by 4 feet) it took around 4 hours. With no advertising budget I hope this is a bold statement in the right direction.
PS: I am trying to be a treble zero and yes my arms really are that thin. (dont they look great!!!).

Isle of Wight Graffiti. All we need now is to catch a picture of the brains enjoying themselves surfing in Sandown Bay.
I'll bet that's on its way!!!!!!
Give your brain some freedom.

Space Babe 3 acrylic on canvas 24inch x 36inch. painted by Isle of Wight Artist Veronica Grimm on her 700 year birthday.

Isle of Wight's No1 Urban Criminal, Graffiti Artist
with a reputation for painting thin air.
The Island's Graffiti scene has been embraced by the majority of the aging population and most paint the exterior of their homes in white paint, indicating a blank canvas in the hope the urban criminals will come along and enhance their properties.
Graffitied homes invariably sell for 20% more than there plain relatives.
So get out there and invite the Urban Criminals around.

Veronica Grimm's Gay Pride Star Wars Stormtroopers protect tattooed wallaby skull whilst the soothing melodies in the background are being produced by Wat-hed.
Being pink the Gay Pride troopers can only go out around midday on the Isle of Wight, this is the peak time for mingling with our tourists .

Urbanised plastic eared Dragons. Randomly Camouflaged Dragons (RCDs).
Believe it or not I found these models on the beach, washed up after a storm, they were badly scuffed and wet.
I saw their potential straight away for a new customized paint job and set about a series of designs.
My series run is a small limited edition of 12 being the number of found Dragons.
Sometimes I am Amazzzed at the things I find on the beach.
Size: approx 2inch high, hard plastic construction, painted design in acrylic.

The Isle of Wight is a very hard place to make a living as a painter, basically I will take any commission offered. These are some of the single portraits I did last year of women who just walked in and asked for a pic. I sold just over 100 portraits (dogs, cats, couples and single poses). I treat these as practice so I charge a token fee of £35.oo which is not bad , obviously if they do not like, they do not have to pay.

Lady penelope visited the Chaos design shop in Sandown, Isle of Wight today under extreme secrecy.
Her visit went well, no one in Sandown or the Isle of Wight had any idea she was here.
Lady Penelope thanked the staff for their flowers and gifts before jetting off to Tracey Island.
She has a clandestine date with one of the Tracy's tonight!!!

Isle of wight Radio failed to report on the demise of Sandown.
As an orbital town far away from the hot bed that is the capital Newport. they felt its loss would not matter.
Here, this self portrait by Veronica Grimm catches the last seconds of life of a Sandown tourist before she rips it away.

Isle of Wight. Location: Sandown. A high carbon footprint was to blame for yesterday's attack and subsequent complete distruction of the town Sandown.
It appears that high levels of Carbon Monoxide was identified as the source of the Dalek attrocity. They picked up large numbers of poor Bradford pensioners ie Tourists !!!!! waiting for their coaches in the Sandown area, all smoking, these Monday to Friday package holiday makers, now the only source of the Islands prosperous seasonal trade were obliterated in the first seconds of the attack.
My friend wonderbabe has been drafted in to suck up the excess carbon with her x-ray vision, it is hoped that Sandown can now be properly rebuilt using the Sandown regeneration project.

As the Isle of Wight basks in yet another glorious day, the Doctor is again in London or Cardiff saving the world.
The Isle of Wight awakes to the sound of early morning grumblings and for once it is not the bin men, a laaarge space ship hovers over Sandown disgorging its metal tub shaped shock troops. Daleks.
When the Doctor is away the Daleks will play.
Veronica Grimm caught this image of a single mum playing possum as the Daleks exterminate all Sandown life.
